Britain insists that such a step is unnecessary in view of tho early suggested meet* ing of the Supreme Council, when the point can be discussed. The Government has agreed to the oeseapfbly of the Supreme Council on August 4th for the purpose of considering the Silesian question. It is understood that the date is approved at London.
