Published in ‘‘The Times " PARIS, July 25. Britain has informed Franc© that she will accept the dispatch of French reinforcements to Upper Silesia with all reservations. A cable .message received yesterday afternoon stated:—Official circles deny the French statement that Britain has notified acquiescence iu the dispatch of reinforcements to* Silesia. Britain insists that such a step is unnecessary in view of tho early suggested meet* ing of the Supreme Council, when the point can be discussed. SUPREME COUNCIL TO MEET (Received July 26, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, July 25. The Government has agreed to the oeseapfbly of the Supreme Council on August 4th for the purpose of considering the Silesian question. It is understood that the date is approved at London.
