INDIAN BOYCOTT OF FOREIGN - CLOTH. Banter’s Tel reran. DELHI, July 23. Gandhi and the Ali brothers are busily conducting a campaign in Bombay presidency for the' complete boycott of foreign cloth by August Ist. Numerous meetings are held daily, ana the audiences are urged to destroy their clothes made of foreign doth or dispatch them somewhere outside India for the relief of the poor.
