A FAMOUS THEATRE
PASSES INTO NEW HANDS.

(Received July 24, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 22. Sir Herbert Tree’s famous theatre has passed into the bands of the new theatrical firm of Grosaiuth and Malone, haring very extensive interests in the West End and provincial theatres. Mr Malone, who recently joined the firm, in place of Mr Laurillard, has long been associated as London representative of the firm of J. C. \Y ill ramson. Mr Oscar Asdhe re-opens at the theatre an the autumn with “Mecca.”
