The new schedule of charges mode by Yorkshire wool-oombers show a reduction of Id per pound on merinoe, jd on 56's. and id on other qualities. CANTERBURY PRODUCE. LATEST MARKET RETURNS. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH; July 19. The oat market is quiescent, but business with the North Island is proceeding to an extent that keeps the market steady at 2s 9d at country stations. Linseed, which showed another sudden burst upwards during the past week, has again eased, and oilers made on the crest of the inquiry are not being repeated by at least £2 per ton. The linseed market has see-sawed remarkably during the past two months. Cocksfoot is meeting with inquiry from the north, and several substantial parcels have been quitted at equal to 6Jd to 7d for farmers’ undressed.
