The visit to Samoa of the Minister for External Affairs (tho Hon. E. P. Lee) concluded on Sunday. The. Minister and party sailed in the evening for Pago Pago in the steamer Fortune, which hac been placed specially at Air Lee’s disposal by the Governor of American Samoa. At Pkgo Pago the Alinisteiial party joins the Ventura for Sydney, catching the Manuka there for Wellington. Mr Leo stated that during his thirteen days in Samoa he had had an extremely’ busy time, many conferences having been "held with the Administrator, officers of all departments, and other bodies, resulting ill many important matters relating to the administration being settled.
