Mr T. H. Jones, of Dannevirke, is to referee the Itugby match Wairarapa and Bush Unions v. the Springboks, to be played at Masterton to-morrow. According to report Wellington is not the only centre where referees get severely criticised by the crowds. A member of the local Association recently spent a week-end in the Main Trunk and passed the Saturday afternoon viewing a local match.
