ACTIVITY CONTINUES. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having received the following cablegram from their London office, under date 15th inst.: "Wool sales continue active, except for crossbreds, which are very irregular. As compared with last sales closing rates best merino are about on a par. Average to good 5 per cent, lower, merinos of other description 5 per cent, to 7J per ecnt. lower, crossbreds (fine quality) 10 per cent, lower, crossbreds (medium and ! eoarse> 15 per cent, to 20 per cent, lower. ’ THE TALLOW MARKET.
