On Anzac Day (.MONDAY. April 25th), tho Post OHieo will be closed in all branches. Mails for dispatch by steamers on that cay will close at midnight on Sunday, April 24th. Moils for dispatch by trains leaving on Anzac Day for Wairarapa, Hawke’s Bay, Manawatu, Ear.gitikei, Wanganui, and Taranaki, district will close at midnight on Sunday, April 24th. (These mails will include correspondence cleared from the city and suburban reeeiveis at midnight on Sunday, April 24th.) Tho city and suburban receivers will not be cleared during Monday. April 25th. There will be no delivery by postmen on Anzac Day, but on Saturday, April 23rd, the Postmen’s Branch (upstairs, entrance from Ee.i ther-ten street) will be open for delivery of correspondence addressed to streets in the city and suburbs from 8 to 9 p.m. The public delivery-counter will be similarly open for delivery of correspondence "addressed to the Chief Post Office, and also the parcels-counter for delivery of parcels.
