NEW CABINET FAVOURABLY RECEIVED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. CAIRO March 17. The new Cabinet, which includes several ex-Ministevs, haa been received favourably in native circles, many people parading the streets and shouting, “Long Live England.” This is a striking contrast to recent adjurations, but the improvement is regarded as only tenuiorary.
