RAILWAY NOTICES. NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. TRAIN ARRANGEMENTS FOR EASTER HOLIDAYS, 1921. EXTRA EXPRESS TRAINS. WELLIN GTON-AIJ CKL AND. TWROM March 22n(l to April 3rd, inJC elusive, extra express trains will run between Wellington and Auckland as under:— FOR AUCKLAND (Daily except Sundays).—Wellington. (Thorndon) dep. 2.0 p.ui., Auckland arr. 7.50 a.m. following day. (Jin days on which this train runs the 12.45 p.nr. Wellington-Auckland express train will lake passengers from Wellington only for Taihape and stopping stations beyond Taihape, and will not take up passengers for any stopping station between Palmerston North and Mercer (both inclusive). FOR WELLINGTON (Daily except Saturdays).—Auokland dep. 7.40 p.m., Wellington (Thorndon) arr. 1.50 p.m. following day. On days on which this train runs the 7.10 ,p.m. Auckland-Weilington express train will take passengers from Auckland only for Waimarino, Taihape, and stopping stations beyond Taihape, and will not take up passengers at any stopping station between Mercer and Palmerston North (both inclusive) except for and from Waimarino.

Prom March 24.t1i to 30th, inclusive (except Sunday), relief mail trains will run between Wellington (Thorndon) and Wanganui as under; — FOit WANGANUl.—Wellington dep. 7.40 a.m., Johnsonville 8.13, Paekakariki 9.0, Otaki 9.52, Levin 10.22, Shannon 10.56, Longbum 11.23, Palmerston North arr. 11.31 a.m., dep. 11.45, Wanganui arr. 3.0 p.m. This train will make the usual stops between Wellington and Wanganui of the ordinary Wellington-New Plymouth Mail train.

FOR WELLINGTON (Thorndon)—Wanganui dep. 11.0 a.m., Palmerston North dep. 2.25 p.m., Longburn 2.33, Shannon 3.10, Levin 3.35, Otafci 4.10, Wellington arr. 6.23 p.m. This train -will make the same stops between Wanganui and Longburn as the ordinary Naw Ply-mouth-Wellington mail train. Between Longburn and Wellington the train will not stop at Linton Makerua, Pukerua, or Tawa Fiat, but "'ill stop at other stations as required for * passengers. Passengers for or from Wanganui, Wellington, and intermediate stations will require to travel by the Relief Mail trains. # WELLINGTON-NEW PLYMOUTH OR DINARY MAIL TRAINS.

From March 34th to 30th inclusive the New Plymouth-Wellington ordinary mail train will not take passengers from Wa-nganui-Aramoho, Feilding, or intermediate stations.

The Wellington-New Plymouth ordinary mail train will taka passengers only for stopping stations north of Axamoho.

WEEEINGTON-NAPIER MAIL TRAINS.

From March 24th to 30th inclusive the Napier-Thorndon Down Mail- train will not lift passengers from stations between Tokomaru and Johnsonville inclusive. From March 24th. to 30th inclusive (except Sunday) extra mail train for Napier will run as follows: —Wellington dep. 7.4i0 a.m., Johnsonville 8.13, Paekakariki 9.9, Otaki 9.52, Levin 10.22 (change at Palmerston North), Palmerston North dep. 12.0 noon, Napier nrr. 5.22 p.m. WHLLXN GTO N-M ASTHRTON EKTRA TRAINS.

On Thursday, March 24th, THE ORDINARY 4.25 p.m. WELLINGTON-SIAS-TBRTON TRAIN WILL TAKE PASSENGERS FOR MASTERTON ONLY. Extra passenger train for Masterton will leave Wellington at 4.35 p.m., Lower Hutt 4.59, Upper Hutt 6.12, Masterton arr. 9.30 ”p.m. This train will not take passengers for Wellington-Upper Hutt suburban stations.

Extra Passenger Trains for Masterton ran as follows:—Prom March 24th to 29th inclusive (except Sunday)—Wellington dep. 8.30 a.Hi., Petone 8.48, Lower Hutt 8.53, Upper Hutt 9.36, Masterton arr. 12.47 p.m. This ti4rin will not- take passengers for suburban stations. • On March 26th and 28th—Wellington dep. 6.30 a.m., Petone 6.46, Lower- Hutt 6-51 * Upper Hutt 7.28, Masterton arr. 10.43 a.m. This train takes passengers only for Kaitoke and beyond Kaitoke. Does not stop at Kaiwarra or Mangaroa or between Lower Unit and Upper Hutt.

On March 24th, 25th, 28th, and 29th— For Wellington, Masterton dep. 2.40 p.m., Carterton 2.59, Featherston 3.29, Wellington arrive 6.18 p.m. Makes same stops as ordinary Woodville-Wellington Down Mail.

On March 26th and 28th—For Welling-ton-Masterton dep 4.10. Between. Upper Hutt and Wellington stops only to set down passengers. Restrictions.—On March 24th, 25th and 29th, the 7.50 a.m. Wellington-Woodville train will not take passengers for Kaiwarra, Solway or intermediate stations. On March 26th and 28th, the 7.50 a.m. Wellington.- WtOodvjUle [train will NOT take passengers, ordinary or excursion, for stations Petone to Solway inclusive Between Summit and Solway inclusive the train will not stop. Passengers from stations Summit to Solway inclusive, for Masterton or stations beyond Masterton must on these two days travel to Masterton by the train leaving Upper Hutt at 7.28 a.m., Featherston 9.38, Greytown 9.40 a.m., Carterton 10.20 a.m., and, in case of passengers for beyond Masterton, join the through train at Masterton. ■ THURSDAY, MARCH 24th.
