MEETING OF COMMITTEE. The first meeting of the above committee for tiie 1921 season was liftkl. last evening at the Y.M.C.A. rooms, Willis street- Present: Aleesrs A. E. Wells t.clrairman), it. Hendry, C. Webster, Piianks, H. Leversaige, H. Yeoman, L. White, and A. Williams (hon. secrotary). It was resolved to ask the Auckland. Football Association for a balance-sheet of tho match played with Wellington iast- seaeon ,&fc Auckland. Messrs Bolton, Skinner, Brice, and
Hors wrote thanking the association for tho honour of electing them as vicepresidents. The Tramways Club vrrote asking for
affiliation to the W-F.A. Messrs Wells nu l Williams were delegated to meet the Tramways Club with regard to fixtures, etc.
The New Zealand Council asked the
local association if they were willing to play the North v. South Island match !>-i June 3rd at Wellington. After discussiou, it was decided that June 3rd
v. a. 5 too early for tho game. In plaoe of the fixture mentioned, it was decided to ask Canterbury to play Wellington (it Wellington on behalf of the Prince ox Wales Park Fund.
It was decided to purchase referee |arts from the New Zealand Council.
The Palmerston North Football Association asked for tho local association to help the echoole in the Palmerston district with a number of balls.—lt was decided to grant the request. Permission was granted Petone to play H.M.S. Chatham at Peton© on Easter Monday A player of tire Petone Club who was suspended in 1912 was granted permission to play again this season. Permission was granted Y.M.C.A. seniors to play the Auckland Y.M.C.A. on Blaster Saturday. Tho following committees were elected, chairman held over Grounds and
championship, Auld, Yeoman, and Livereege; postponement committee, Duncan, White, God few ; selection committee, Ist division, Godber, White. Williams; 2nd division, Webster and Ward.
Entries for tho various competitions will clop© on April sth. A six-anside competition will open the season on April ICth.
