Storey (Premier of New Strata Wales) addressed one hundred members of both Houses at the House of Commons to-day on the subject of a white Australia, proportional representation, Government housing plans, compulsory fair rents, and nationalisation of industries. He spoke for threeof an hour. The proceeding? were private.
