FLAWS IN AMERICAN PROFITEERING LAW. RESTITUTION ORDERED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received March 1, 11.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, February 28. Tho Supreme Court has declared unconstitutionfil certain prov isions of the Lover law by which profiteering i* popiahable. The Federal Government will be compelled to make restitution of £IOO,OOO collected in fines from merchants who were convicted of charging high pTices for various commodities, principally food and clothing.
