Reports as to the position of Tiflis are conflicting, Georgian Government telegrams state that it has not fallen. A Constantinople correspondent states that anarchy and pillage are rampant in Tiflis, owing to Bolshevik agent® demoralising the Georgian army, which later melted away, allowing the Bolshevik army to capture tho town without resistance. Another Bolshevik army is marching upon Batoum, on which a Turkish army is also marching. The Moslem population will certainly support the latter.
