The “New York Times” correspondent at Ottawa says it is understood that Canada has accepted from Britain twelve airships, 150 feet long, of tne scout type, and six kite balloons. The total-value of aerial material presented to Canada, including a hundred aeroplanes, a number of which have already been delivered, is more than a millioii sterling. _____
