Bv Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright (Received February 3, *7.50 p.m.) SYDNEY, February 3Sir Arthur Conan Doyfe, in a final interview, said that while generallly appreciative of things Australian he thought the postal service bad and the telegraphic service shocking. The Post-master-General, in reply, admits that the postal business is unsatisfactory, while the telegraphic business between Sydney and Melbourne has outgrown the existing facilities, but a new line is-being constructed and other remedial measures are being taken.
