BENZINE ON FIRE
MOTOR LORRY AND CARGO DESTROYED. n> mm absociatiok. GISBORNB, January 31. When a motor lorry conveying thirty-five cases. of. bensino gas going from Gisborne to Paha, and was a mile outside Gisborne, the consignment ignited in some unknown manner, and the flames rose to a considerable height, and soon destroyed the cargo and lorry. It -is not known whether. the benzine is inenreo, bat there is a policy of £3OO on the ibrry in the Yorkshire hffice.
