PRINCE KROPOTKIN, SCHOLAR. Australian! and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received January 30, 5.5 p.m.) MOSCOW, January 29. Obituary.—Prince Kropotkin. Prince Peter Kropotkin, who was 78 years of age, was a scholar and scientist of world-wide repufte, vvhose writings have been translated into every European language. He escaped from a Russian fortress to England, where he lived for many years and devoted himself to writing on scientific and philosophic subjects. He was known as the leader of intellectual anarchism. Prince Kropotkin returned to Russia after the'revolution in 1917:
