There will be racing in several parts of New Zealand to-day. The. Pallia tua, Club will hold its annual meeting, at Kdccarton the Canterbury midsummer fixture will bo held, and in the north the Takapuua gathering will be concluded. Racing at. I’ahiatua will begin with the Jumpers’ Flat, in which Persian Prince and Grange may go well. In the Hack Flying Probate will be penalised fior a double w’in at Foxtoh. Strategy, Antomoana, and Minsk should account £or those below them. ’lhe Vahiatua Handicap has drawn a ( X-' lv field. Form points to Bonnie s Heather. Fed Ribbon, and Idle Talk.
