Windsor, owner and trainer, were arrested after training work at Ellerslie, and Windsor was charged with having worked tho horse while it was Buffering from a sore back. In court, Windsor pleaded guilty, and his counsel said the sore developed After racing at Avondalo. and the horeo was entered for a coming steeplechase. Windsor, who was a poor, man, could not afford to let the horse go out of form. He only galloped the horse for two or three minutes each morning. Windsor was fined £lO and costs.
