“CAIRO" BRADLEY
Mr W. ("Cairo”) Bradley delivered two addresses yestorday-r-aftornoon and evening—in the Empress Theatre. In the afternoon Mr Bradley's subject was "The Tragedy of Lust and the Triumph over It." The address was to men only and the speaker was given a most attentive hearing by a large audiehce. The lecturer handled his subject in a masterly manner and although a delicate one, it was of an extremely instructive nature. Last evening the theatre was crowded to the doors to hear Mr Brad; ley's address, “Untameablo Monsters.' It was a lecture on self-restraint in regard to everyday life, in thought, speech, and action, and the speaker’s personal experience and observations were so well illustrated that ho was listened to with wrapt attention This ©veninc: Mr Bradl©v will conntvue his address on "The Curse of Matrimony and the Cure," in the Town Hall concert chamber.
