UNFAVOURABLE FOREIGN OPERATIONS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received October 10, 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, October 9. According to cable advices from Japan to tbo Department of Commerce, Japan’s foreign trade for the first nine months of 1920 has resulted in an unfavourable balance of approximately 196 million dollars.
