Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received September 7, 0 p.m.) ,LONDON, September 7.' When Bootle proudly informed tho Council of Action what it had done, the Council telegraphed an instruction to remove the embargo, saying that the fumigating machines wore only to_deatroy vermin and prevent typhoid.
