SIMLA, September 4._ A special session of the Indian National .Congress, convened for the purpose of considering a programme ot non-co-operation with thei Government, as a protest against the Turkish pence terms, met in Calcutta under the Presidency of Tala Tajpat Roy. Five thousand were present. The President'j address stnted that the Hindus would gi"e the Mohammend"in unhesitating moral and support in their agitation to get the terms revised. On the question of non-co-operation, he did not give a lead, and left the question to be decided by. discussion in open Congress.
