SERIOUS CHARGE AGAINST HARDING. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assooiation. NEW YORK, September 4. The "New York Times" states that ■ n- national movei-ient h;is launched'to enlist six million voters of German descent to elect Senator Harding, in order to obtain a scp*arate pence , with Germany and defeat the League of Nations. Senator Harding, speaking at Marion, denied that ho was appealing to " any group or class of citizens for support. Ho was only asking real Americans to vote for him.
