In the Divorce Court to-day, before Mr Justice Herdinan, a case was heard in which Luke Prospect Hughes (Mr Lucas) alleged adultery on'the part of his wife Dpra Irene Ellen. Hughes; William H. Cowan being' cited as corespondent. As the parties reside in Wellington, His Honour asked what was the reason for the case being brought to Christchurch.
