Card, Mayor of Featherston, who is in England, is arranging to return in October. Mr W. N. Seay, late headmaster of the Addington School, Ohristchurch, was in London when the last mail left. Ho. proposed to visit his sons' on the Continent, in France and Cologne. , Mr M. Russell, of Wanganui, is spending some months in Groat Britam. ■ k Mr Sam. Wood, of Napier, who was in England last month, was then contemplating a tour of America. Mr H. G. Milis Palmer, of Auckland, was in London when the last mail loft. ~'■■,, Mr F. N.
