The League of Nations ' announce* that the committee connected with the Brussels financial conference meets in Paris on the 18th to examine the pnn- i ciplea on which the expenses of the League should be distributed among the members. The committee will include a representative from India. ; 1 The League’s transit organisation meets in Barcelona in January to deal with questions affecting international travel, with a view to eliminating the present inconveniences, re-establish nor. mal conditions, simplify Customs formalities, secure better regulations foi obtaining passports, visas, and the rO' duotion of fees for them. Enemy countries are invited to send representatives on the special sub-com-mittee.-' -
