To-day was regarded as an exercise gallop for Spion "Kop. - Abbot's • Trace led for half a mile, where Spion ■ Kop headed him, but inside the d&tance Abbot's Trace challenged and won a desperate race by the shortest head.- Abbot's" Trace caused a sensation in the 1920 Derby {won by Spion Kop) by leading' to the distance, where he fell through Sarchedon's interference.
