ALLIED EXPERTS CONFER WAR MATERIAL AND REPARATIONS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received Julv 4, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 2. A Brussels communiquo states that the conference held its first meeting of military and naval experts, including Marshal Foch, Sir Henry "Wilson, and Admiral Charlton, who reported on tho German fulfilment of the military and naval clauses of the Treaty, jinn were instructed to draw up a Note for presentation to Germany at the Spa Conference, with regard to destruction of war material, aeroplanes, etc. Conference considered questions of reparation, particularly tho question of the coal to he delivered by Germany under the Treaty. Mr Lloyd George, M. Millerand, and the Belgian delegates later held an extraordinary session to discuss tho question of reparations.
