Eoorge Nathan and Co., Customhouse quay, yesterday afternoon, before a large audience, the firm submitted 23 building sites situated County road and Marine parade. Muratai. The next properties offered were four aections at Rona Bay, having a frontage to Eima street and County road. The sections were offered in one lot and were passed in at £950, but were afterwards sold at the reserve price of £IOOO. The firm also submitted a residence on a large section known as 215. Vivian street, but as the reserve was not reached it was passed in and is now open for private sale, likewise the remaining Muratai sections. STOCK SALE AT TE HOEO. Dalgety and Comply, Limited, report having held their monthly stock sale at To Horo on the 7th instant, when they offered a fair yarding of sheep and a small yarding of cattle. TAT.LOW MARKET. Messrs Booth and Company (Christchurch) state that their London house cables, under date March 31st. that the tallow market remains quiet.
