LORD KITCHENER’S DEATH RECALLED.

Admiral von Schecr, in his “Recollections of the ’War," says the mine which sank H.M.S. Hampshire (in which Lord was lost) was laid under the protection of thq very weather which it was thought would give Lord Kitchener a measure of safety.
