The “New.,York ,Times’’ Pekin correspondent reports that it is announced that Japan is not pressing China to renew tho Chino-Japancee military agreement of 1918. It was at first feared that Japan, might,„ under the agreement, force China to participate in operations against the Bolsheviks in Siberia. Tho administration of the Chinese eastern railway has been reorganised, securing a Chinese majority on tho directorate.
