BRITAIN DECIDES ON SUBSTANTIAL REDUCTION. THE ESTIMATES. Australian and v r \ssocinH''U. LONDON, March 20. The Army Estimates for 1920-21, ■which are to be considered by the House of Commons on March 22nd, have been issued. They show a total of 125 millions, 1 r as 'cotnpared with 405 millions in the 1919-20 Estimates. The men on the establishment, exclusive ot India, will be •> c> o. 000, a<* compared with 86,000 in 1914-16, and' 2,600,000 in 1919-20. The establishment of 625,000 is expected to fall during the year to about 280,000.
