LAND AND DEEDS
DEPARTMENTAL CHANGES. A number of new appointments in tLe Stamp Duties and Land and Deeds Departments are announced. Mr J. Murray, Deputy Commissioner, of the Stamp Duties Department at Dunedin, becomes Deputy Commissioner at Christchurch; his old position is being filled by Mr R. H. Bourke, formerly District Land Registrar at Nelson. Mr J. A. Fraser, formerly Assistant Land Registrar at Christchurch, takes Mr Bourke’s old position, and, in turn, is replaced by Mr A. H. Fletcher, formerly Deputy Registrar of Deeds at Auckland.
