Assassins fired five shots into the tacks of two Irish constables who were returning to the barracks at Nenagh from the Catholic Church. On© was killed, and the other was removed to a hospital in a precarious condition, and died later, RISING PLANNED FOR EASTER MONDAY? (Received March 21, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. March 19. Mr Clement Edwards (East Ham) has given notice to ask the Premier whether he has information of a rising planned in Ireland next Easter Monday with local risings at Liverpool, Manchester, Glasgow ;,also whether the Navy had seized German arms. RELEASED WITH APOLOGIES. ’ (Received March 21, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. March 17. All persons arrested at Fiudlater’s store at Dublin have been released with apologies. A sensational raid which lasted all day was made on tho premises of -Messrs Findlalcr, Dublin, grocers who are well known throughout -Ireland. They occupy extensive premises in Sackville street. A large force of soldiers and police searched the cellars and overhauled the rooms where the assistants were sleeping.
