In (the event of itho weather oan<Stions being so bad that it is impossible to ’hold the carnival at Te. Aro baths tho sports"will probably be held at tlic ’tepid swimming baths. Application has been made for. tho use of the tepid baths in the event of bad weather, and if-tho carnival “was held, there will bo accommodation for 1000 people, comfortably seated.
