TWO VACANCIES TO BE FILLED. Two new magisterial appointments will shortly to necessary to fill the vacancies due to the appointment of Mr D. G. A. Cooper, S.M., to bo chairman of tho Pensions Board, :.nd that of Mr F. V. Frazer, S.M., to he assist-ant-Public Service Commissioner. Mr Cooper i 3 retiring from the Bench to devote the wholo of his time to the work of tho Pensions Board. Barraclough's Nervine stops Toothache. 66
