COMPLIMENTARY DINNER
*. A complimentary dinner was held at Dustin's on Monday evening by the staff of Messrs Bannatyne and Hunter, Ltd., in' honour of the managing- director of the firm, Mr H. C. Hunter, who is leaving by the Megantio on a visit to Canada, via New York. ,'■•.•. After the toast to His ' Majesty: too "-K,f)« ""had* been Konoured, Mr H. A. Goodwin, who presided at the function, in proposing the health of Mr and Mrß H. C. Hunter, spoke of the encouraging progress of. the firm, and of the high esteem in which Mr Hunter wag held hv ever. member of'the staff. On behalf of those present he heartily wished him bon voyage. Mr Hunter suitably responded. Other toasts were proposed and responded "to by -Messrs B. Mace, T. W. Murrell,, A. Grix, H. G. Salmon, J. Mulford, W. A. J. Dutch, and B.
