SECOND ZONE FAVOURS GERMANY. Eeuter's Telegram. (Received March 16, 6.5 p.m.) COPENHAGEN, March 15. The voting in the plebiscite of ithe second Schleswig zone will result in favour of Germany. The final results in districts of Flonsborg are: For Denmark 8986 votes; for Germany, 26,685>. Of' 134 country districts, with eleven outstanding, there voted; For Denmark, 3134; for' Germany, 18,911.
