THE WELLINGTON HARBOUR BOARD invites tenders for the purchase of Five Hundred Debentures of One Hundred Pounds each, bearing interest payable half-yearly at the rate of FIVE POUNDS TEN SHILLINGS PEN CENTUM PER ANNUM. Interest is payable (and principal repayable) free of exchange at tho National Bank of New Zealand, Limited, Wellington, or any of its branches throughout the Dominion. The Debentures will have a currency of Twenty Years and will be issued at par. Tenderers of the highest premium will have preference and to tenderers at par.
