OBJECTION TO APPOINTMENT OP GOVERNOR.
Australian and Uaole Association SHANGHAI, March 11 Owing to the efforts of the Pekin Government to appoint Kwangh Sin ns Governor of Honan Province, warfare has broken out between Kwangh Sin and Chao Yi, the present governor. Chao Yi's forces are moving upon Chengchow, and. a cordon been drawn along tho Pokin-Hnnkow railway, ready to oppose the Pekin troops. Refugees from tho fighting area are pouring into Canton and Hongkong.
