■ At last night’s general meeting of the Port Nicholson Yacht Club, sympathetic reference was made to the death of Mr George Mec, and a resolution of condolence was carried. Mr Mce was a veteran yachtsman, and was one of 'the founders of tho Port Nicholson Yacht Club.
