ABOUT A REFEREE
TEB TRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, March 12. The Auckland Hockey Association has_ received a conimuuication from the Canterbury Hockey Association, which passed resolutions after the AucklandCantorbury match last season rcileoting on the competency of the Auckland referee (ilir 3j. O. Kent), and has agreed to accept the withdrawal and expressions of regret, and rescinds the resolulution refusing to meet Canterbury teams. The association reciprocates the Canterbury Association’s desire that friendly relations should bo resumed.
