DEER SHOOTING
Regulations for Sambur or Ceylon deer shooting in the counties of Manawatu, Oroua, Kairanga, Rangitikci and idorowhenua were gazetted yesterday. It is provided that Sambur or Ceylon deer may be taken or killed within tho said district from the 2nd day of June 1920, to the 1 31st day of J uly, d 920. ■Licenses to kill such deer may be issued by the chief postmaster atAVcllingtou, and the postmasters at, Palmerston Worth, Bulls, Foxton, and :l\ artoU ’ on Payment of a license fee of 2(hi. No licensee is to bo allowed to take or kill more than one stag or buck of not less than six points, and ono luud; more than ono license to take or kill deer is not to bo issued to tho same person.
