LABOUR THE STRONGEST PARTY. Reuter’s Telegram. (Received March 12, 1.10 a-m.) CAPETOWN, March 11. The elections show the state of parties to be;—Unionists 18, Ministerialists 7, Labour 21, Nationalists 3, Independents 1. Labour has gained 10 seits. General Smuts was elected for Pretoria West.
