Stanley Smitn; auditor, Mr W. P. Ward (re-elected); members on Council of Law reporting, Hon. Sir Francis Bell, K.C., and Mr O. H. Treadwell (both re-elected) ; members on council of New Zealand Law Society, Mr E. P. Bunny, Mr A. Gray, K.. 0,, and Mr C. H. Treadwell (re-elected).
