JOCKEYS’ APPEALS
PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. CHRISTCHURCH, February 24. The District Oommiteee of Canterbury to-day heard tho appeal of the jockeys Harold and George Young against the cancellation of their licenses. Tho appeal was dismissed, and it is understood an anneal will now b© made to the Racing Conference.
