Aub. and'N.Z. Catle Assn, and Eeutcr. LONDON; February 23. • The Statistical' Conference concludes on the 23rd inst. A feature of the conference has been the remarkable unanimity, notwithstanding the diversity of conditions, of the interests represented. Generally' 'speaking the South African statistical feystem readily adapted itself to the decisions of the conference, and it is anticipated that the new Statistical Bureau will to a co-ordinating medium more complete than any previously conceived.
