WANGANUI TRAINING NOTES
PBB PRESS - ASSOCIATION. WANGANUI, February 24 Tho weather was fine for training operations this morning. Zoia and Faroe galloped six furlongs in Imin 19seo, tho former continuing for another circuit solidly. Kilrush. Gazique, and Ermine went a mile outside tho trestles on the course proper, the former finishing in front in Imin 47scc. Dainty Step and Flallowvonia went a similar distance in Imin 47se,c. Rose Queen finished in front of Dusky Eve at tho end of a mile in Imin 4Sspc. Taiamai was sent two miles at three-quarter pace. Liston el heat Bestir over half a, mile in 54soc, out wide. Astinomo went five furlongs in I ruin 31sec. and Bon Spec five furlongs in Imin 3=er. Kilnioon was trotted. Mascot sprinted the last three furlongs of a, mile. Snub was restricted to halfpace work and appeared to bo sore.
